Is it safe to place my order online?
Yes. There’s no need to worry about credit card safety when ordering from VIP Boutique using our secure server. Our secure server software (SSL) is the industry standard among the finest software available today for secure e-commerce transactions.
We never see your credit card information or have access to your credit card numbers when you place your order online.
How do I know my order has gone through?
When you make an order you will receive a confirmation email from us acknowledging this. The acknowledgement will contain your order number and details of the goods ordered. This is confirmation that your purchase has been made and your card has been charged. When your goods have been dispatched to you, we will send you an order dispatch email.
Can I amend my order?
The VIP Boutique team work as quickly as possible to process and dispatch your orders, therefore due to security reasons we can’t amend your order. Please make sure your order details and information is correct when placing your order.
I have completed my order but forgot to enter my promo code, what can I do?
Unfortunately once your order has been completed, we are unable to apply promo codes.
Where is my order?
All orders placed before 3pm on working days (Monday-Friday) will be dispatched the same day.
Orders made after 3pm on Friday and over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday (excluding bank holidays).
Please allow up to 4 working days to receive your order, unless you have chosen UK Next Day Delivery. If you feel your item may be lost in transit, email us at email@example.com we’ll be able to track and trace to the courier and give you the relevant contact details and tracking numbers.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a shipment dispatch email containing your unique tracking number.
I have received an incorrect order, what do I do?
In the unlikely event your order is incorrect, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, order details and item details. We will email you back within 24 hours of receiving your email.
My order is faulty.
In the unlikely event that your order is faulty, you must contact us at email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
An item on my order is not available.
Occasionally an item you ordered may be out of stock due to a discrepancy in our inventory. When this happens, we will send you an e-mail notifying you about the out of stock item and your credit card will be refunded. Don’t worry, we may restock the item in the future and are always getting loads of glam new items you’re sure to love!
