We’ll refund any item that you’re not happy with, as long as it’s returned in a saleable unworn condition within 14 days of you receiving it.
Items must be returned with tags in place and in it’s original packaging. If the tags are removed from the item, we will not be able to refund. Please take great care when trying on garments. We are unable to refund items that have makeup, tans, deodorant or other stains on.
We offer refunds only, no exchanges.
SALE items can only be returned for refund by credit note which can only be used in our online store.
For hygiene reasons unfortunately we cannot accept returns on makeup, makeup tools or beauty products.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
Please complete the returns form enclosed within your package, stating the reason code for returning your purchase. Currently we don't offer a free returns service, however this is something we may introduce in the future. We strongly advise you use a tracked delivery service and keep your proof of postage safe until the return is processed. The parcel is your responsibility till it reaches VIP Boutique HQ.

All items will be thoroughly inspected upon return and any item in an un-saleable condition will be sent back to you, and no refund will be given. Please allow up to 3 working days for your refund to be processed from day of receipt to our VIP Boutique HQ. You’ll be notified by email when your refund has been processed. Please note that the original delivery charge and return postage is non-refundable.
Refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment.
If an item is faulty, please email email@example.com and our team will be able to assist you.
We reserve the right not to refund if you return items to us outside the terms of our returns policy.
